Integrated Reference: The following MVDs can be taken to another model for integrated reference (loading an IFC model, usually from a different discipline):

Quantity Sets: The following MVDs can be used for quantity take-off:

- IFC4 Reference View
- IFC4 Design Transfer View
Facility Management: The following MVDs can be used for facility management:
- IFC 2x3 FM Handover View, if sharing both data model and geometry is deemed necessary for the facility management.
- COBie, if only the data model without the geometry is required.
- IFC4 Design Transfer View
Multidisciplinary Coordination and Clash Detection: The following MVDs can be used:

Structural Design: The following MVDs can be used to share data among the various structural design software:
